Products featured in the shoot need to be as immaculate as possible as any wrinkles or blemishes will be clearly visible in the photo.
When you’re preparing your product, pay careful attention to detail – for example, the labels on bottles or jars need to be in perfect condition and absolutely straight with joins on the side.
It’s a good idea to prepare products, especially packaged food products, specifically for the photoshoot.
If your product has imperfections as part of their appeal please let us know.
We include minor retouching as part of the editing process to create the best possible results. However, there may be an extra fee if excessive retouching is needed due to the condition of the product provided.

You can post your products by Aus Post or a courier of your choice to PO Box 76 Ocean Shores NSW 2483.
It is important to check if your courier delivers to PO boxes. If not, please let us know and we can give you an alternative delivery address.
We will notify you when we receive your product and send you a detailed estimate for you to approve before we start work.
Once we have your product in the studio and the estimate has been approved, the images are usually ready in 3-5 working days.
A very large or complex shoot could take longer and, if this is the case, we’ll let you know.

Once the job is complete we’ll email a PDF proof of the images along with the invoice. Once you’ve checked them you can pay by direct deposit to the account on the invoice and, as soon as payment is received, we’ll send your images.
We can control reflections to ensure they don’t detract from or overpower the image. However, we don’t generally recommend eliminating them completely as could leave your product looking flat and dull. If you have any special requirements, please let us know.
Very reflective items such as metalware, sunglasses and foiled packaging will incur an extra fee of $10 per item.
A styled image usually has props to compliment or convey a visual story of your product. We ask clients to provide their own props and to have an idea of what they would like to see. Alternatively, we can provide the props for you where possible. The cost will depend on your requirements.
Ultimately, the styling will be done by the photographer based on the guidelines you provide in the brief and the photographers creative eye.
